For those who don't know us, our names are Whitney and Dj, co-owners and founders of The Provocative Pickle Co. Our Business started as a passion for cooking/creating and a personal push to decrease food waste. With an abundance of cucumbers in our possession the first batch of pickles were born. After selling a few jars to friends and family we quickly realized we had something special! With a vision in mind, we created The Provocative Pickle Co.  Each batch is made with love and care by just the two of us in our shared commercial kitchen, Main St. Prep 603 in Salem, NH. Catch us at a local farmer's market this summer, and keep your eyes peeled for pre-order/pick up opportunities!
